Sound Bath

A sound bath will take you on a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating journey as you fly on the sounds of the vibrating gong and soothing crystal singing bowls.

Naomi has a deep experience for taking her clients on their sound bath flight with many remarking that it is "the most relaxed I've felt in ages!"

There is no movement, you are free to lay down in any comfortable position, but we do recommend lying on your back to absorb the vibrations fully through your body and your ears.

Forest Bathing

Sonya Dibbin will lead the group Forest Bathing in the vast Hazel Hill wood. Best described as guided, outdoor mindfulness. It's a unique and immersive nature experience, first prescribed in Japan over 40 years ago to combat stress in the workplace.  With a mix of guided meditation, solo and paired nature-based activities and group reflection, it's easy to reconnect with your childlike sense of fun, fully embrace the wonder of nature and take a sense of peace and calm away with you

The healing power of nature and forest bathing is now reliably linked to positive long-term physiological and psychological health benefits, but bonding with it takes it a step further.
