Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which all postures are performed while seated. You can do chair yoga if you are struggling with limited mobility, balance issues, pain, or stubborn stiffness. Without ever leaving your seat, you can take advantage of the many benefits of chair yoga. People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy chair yoga. If you would like to experiment with this exercise please book on to join this friendly and welcoming class. The benefits of an active lifestyle are highly documented, so it can be incredibly frustrating when age, illness, or injury makes exercising a challenge. Luckily, chair yoga is both safe and effective. Yoga: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Events, Workshops and Sound Baths: Events, Workshops and Sound Baths are non-refundable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances. Class Packages: Class Packages are non-refundable. Retreats: Retreats are non-refundable.
