Together, we’ll explore gentle practices that support stillness, reflection, and soulful reset, a chance to root before you rise. 🧘‍♀ What the day includes: • Opening circle with grounding tea and a reflective meditation • Slow, breath-led yoga to ease into the body after winter stillness • Guided journaling and New Year intention-setting (sankalpa) • Restorative yoga and a deeply calming sound bath • Closing circle with time to honour and anchor your intention All activities are suitable for all levels, with gentle options and supportive guidance throughout. 🔥 Held in the cosy, fire-warmed yurt The yurt offers a peaceful, womb-like space, a perfect sanctuary for slowing down in the heart of winter.
