A sound bath will take you on a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating journey as you fly on the sounds of the vibrating gong and soothing crystal singing bowls. If you like an eye pillow please bring one too or purchase one from our online shop to collect at the class. The sound bath is a relaxing and therapeutic experience where you lay on your mat and absorb healing sound vibrations. For this reason, you are also strongly recommended to bring pillows, blankets and anything that will help you feel more comfortable while lying or sitting down. If the session which you wish to attend is Sold Out, please add yourself onto my waiting list and you will automatically be contacted if a space becomes available.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Events and Sound Baths: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 14 days notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Retreats: Retreats are non-refundable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.
