Tidworth Civic Centre - Yoga
Description
This class is suitable for all ages, genders and is suitable for novice to advanced. The class will be formed around the Vinyasa Flow with novice poses and more advanced poses for those more experienced yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks and belts may be useful but are not required.

Cancellation Policy
Regular Yoga Classes: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. This must be managed by the client through your booking account. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Class Packages: These are non- refundable or transferrable. 1:1 Yoga Sessions: These sessions are non-refundable or transferrable. Events, Workshops and Sound Baths: Events, Workshops (including Yin Yoga) and Sound Baths Retreats are non-refundable or transferrable. Retreats: Retreats are non-refundable or transferrable.
