Wednesday 17th December - 1900 - 2030 Escape the holiday hustle and treat yourself to a soothing evening of yoga and sound with Naomi Hurst. Join us Wednesday 18th December from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Augusta Park Community Centre, where we’ll embrace a restorative practice away from the usual stresses of the season. Slip into the holiday spirit as we flow through gentle poses, Tim Wehrle’s mesmerizing Handpan will set a serene, uplifting atmosphere. We’ll close with a rejuvenating Tibetan sound journey, immersing ourselves in healing vibrations, followed by warming herbal tea and a sweet treat to complete the evening in comfort. Come for an evening of calm, connection, and reflection with fellow yogis. Don’t miss this chance to restore, reflect, and celebrate the season together. Please bring a yoga mat along with you, a blanket and anything else to support your yoga practice. Please note this event is only for over 18's. Packages are not redeemable on events.
