A one to one Yoga Therapy session just for you with Naomi. Yoga Therapy is a personalised approach to health and wellbeing. Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy works with you as a whole person, body, mind, and spirit to support your unique needs. Whether you are living with a health condition, experiencing pain, or simply looking to reduce stress and find more balance, Yoga Therapy offers practical tools that can make a difference. Using a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation, and mindfulness. Every session is designed specifically for you. Together, we explore what matters most in your life right now and create practices that fit into your daily routine. You don’t need to be flexible or have any experience with yoga; Yoga Therapy meets you exactly where you are. Before beginning any work, I offer a 30-minute discovery call. This no-pressure conversation gives us a chance to explore your needs, answer your questions, and see whether Yoga Therapy feels right for you and if I am the right therapist for you. Please email me to arrange your discovery call prior to booking these sessions. Please note that sessions can be done in person or online. A intake form will need to be completed here: www.dodayoga.co.uk/yoga-therapy-intake-form A minimum of 48 hours notice for new clients is required. These sessions are non-refundable or transferrable.








Cancellation Policy
Yoga: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Events, Workshops and Sound Baths: Events, Workshops and Sound Baths Retreats are non-refundable or transferrable. This may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.
