Ashtanga is one of the most physically and mentally demanding forms of yoga. You should certainly expect to be sweaty and aerobically challenged. This workshop is open to those who do not practice Ashtanga, but it is not open to Yoga beginners. You should have a regular practice already to attend or have a strong base of cardiovascular fitness.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, two blocks, strap and a blanket for savasana if you wish. It is recommended to bring a second set of yoga clothes to change out of after the Primary series.
