Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a personalised approach to health and wellbeing. Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy works with you as a whole person, body, mind, and spirit to support your unique needs. Whether you are living with a health condition, experiencing pain, or simply looking to reduce stress and find more balance, Yoga Therapy offers practical tools that can make a difference.
Using a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation, and mindfulness, Yoga Therapy can:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve sleep and increase energy levels
• Support mobility, strength, and balance in a safe way
• Help manage symptoms of long-term or chronic conditions
• Nurture emotional wellbeing and resilience
Every session is designed specifically for you. Together, we explore what matters most in your life right now and create practices that fit into your daily routine. You don’t need to be flexible or have any experience with yoga; Yoga Therapy meets you exactly where you are.
Before beginning any work, I offer a 30-minute discovery call. This no-pressure conversation gives us a chance to explore your needs, answer your questions, and see whether Yoga Therapy feels right for you and if I am the right therapist for you.
Email me to arrange your discovery call.
Following the discovery call and if you’d like to go ahead, you’ll be asked to complete an in-depth intake form so I can fully understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals for our work together.
• First session (90 minutes): a full assessment plus your first personalised practice
• Follow-up sessions (60 minutes): ongoing support to reflect, adapt, and deepen your practice
Sessions can take place in person in my welcoming home yoga studio in Ludgershall (Wiltshire) or as online yoga therapy sessions, so you can choose whichever works best for you.
I also offer group Yoga Therapy sessions tailored for charities, community groups, and businesses. These sessions provide a supportive environment where participants can explore gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness together, helping to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and build connection within the group. Sessions can be designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation or community, either in person or online.
My Yoga Therapy practice is fully accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and is recognised by the Complementary Healthcare Council, ensuring that all sessions are delivered to the highest professional standards, combining evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, personalised approach. My full scope of practice can be found here. I am a qualified Yoga Therapist through The Minded Institute.
